A: We implement a strict full-process screening system. All raw materials will be inspected before warehousing; unqualified goods will be eliminated directly to guarantee stable batch consistency and low irritation for finished skincare.
Q3: Can you provide official test documents for each batch?

A: Yes. We supply COA (Certificate of Analysis), MSDS, and TDS technical data sheets for all items free of charge. You can contact our sales team to get electronic versions.
Q4: Do you offer customized cosmetic formulation solutions?

A: Yes. We provide ready-made trending formulas for serum, lotion, toner, cream, and masks, and support custom adjustment on formula texture, efficacy, PH value according to your brand positioning. We also match all supporting raw materials in one stop.
Q6: Is a clean label & natural plant-derived raw material available?

Q8: What are the sample specifications & shipping rules?

A: Standard sample sizes are 5g, 10g, and 50g. For small sample orders, freight will be on the buyer’s side; we offer free sample shipping when your bulk order reaches a certain amount.
Q9: How long can I receive my applied samples?

A: Samples will be dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirming your request. International delivery usually takes 7–20 days, depending on your country’s logistics route.
